To understand what dreams are, first you have to understand this:

Everything you have ever thought, will think, or have thought exists – somewhere.

By the same token – everything you dowill do, and already did, exists in that same place.

Some of us, when we dream, pass through this place of infinite data.

Call it the 5th dimension? Call it whatever you want.  Apparently ancient people call this the Akashic Records.

That place (whatever it is) of infinite possibilities, is where all that crazy dream stuff comes from.

That is how “infinite possibilities” are “possible” it’s the universe’s way of operating. If those possibilities didnt exist, then you would be limited to only one fate.

The fact that you can control your own destiny, by not choosing to walk into a busy street in front of a bus, or, by choosing to do so, is a testament to the fact that all possibilities exist, at one time.  Somewhere..

There is no future or past, only the present moment, and within that present moment are the past memories, and the future intentions.

So you make a choice, and your physical body will manifest that reality, here in this dimension..

Still with me?

What does this all this have to do with Dreams?

Right.

When you dream, your body falls asleep, but your conscious mind never sleeps.

(consciousness is infinite, it continues on after it leaves the body)

When you sleep, its like a practice session for leaving your body.

Your higher self detaches from your physical body in the 3rd dimension, and goes.. places.

You knew there was more to the “universe” than this right?

Some people call this astral projection, and it’s widely believed that you have to be awake to do this.

The fact is, if your conscious, you’re always awake.

Your body may sleep but the mind is awake.  We sleep for 40% of our life, are we dead? No, we have an entirely different life. It’s our dream state, it’s serious business, completely under researched, and immensely important to our health.

So the body is here, on earth, in the one dimension we know, and the mind can be.. anywhere.

What Im boiling this down to is this: When you dream, you can transcend all physical boundaries in this dimension, and essentially go anywhere.

It’s a great opportunity to do some research and get some answers – or – just be entertained!

It’s amazing.  Literally AMAZING.

You can actually experience your past, your future, or your present, at any point in time..

WOW.

You could experience it as it MIGHT have been- or MIGHT be, pending your choices in the physical world.

Imagine what’s possible?

“How can I do this ? Because – I can never remember my dreams”

Right.

The issue is (for most) the whole perception thing.

You have to remember, you are accustom to perception in this one dimension, on this little planet, as a human being.  Snakes see infrared heat.  Sharks smell blood 1 mile away.  Dogs hear stuff.

Our perception is pretty weak, lets face it.

So all things perceive differently, and we cant understand that.

So, we just disregard it.  We forget our dream data.

You might be yourself in a past life, you might be in the state of an inanimate object, you might be inside of the life of someone else!

For instance, if you were a rock, you wont know how to compute that perception, you’ll just toss that information when you wake up. If you were another person, you’ll consider all the experiences strange and unlikely. And if you were yourself, it may have great relevance or perhaps illuminate some truth or path to you.

The possibilities are…

…you guessed it

infinite =]

If you try to focus on your own life and doing something called lucid dreaming, its actually pretty amazing the sort of experiences and answers you can wake up with.

When you lay down, tell yourself that you will have a lucid dream.

It’s really that simple – Try it.

Good night =]

PS if your still wondering how I figured this stuff out, lets just say I was asleep on the job 馃槈
